How to get started at the AOMF

O-MUG

Comprehensive Course on Fluorescence Microscopy

STTARR site

The AOMF also manages some of the in vivo imaging systems at STTARR in MaRS. These include bioluminescence and fluorescence acquisition systems, with spectral unmixing and 3D tomography capabilities. They also have a fiber-coupled confocal for intravital imaging.

Note: This site requires special card access. Access will be granted only after the user has received STTARR approval and has completed training on the equipment by AOMF staff.

Check out what the other AOMF sites have to offer:
- Toronto General Hospital (TGH)
- Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH)
