How to get started at the AOMF

O-MUG

Comprehensive Course on Fluorescence Microscopy

Toronto General Hospital (TGH) site

At our TGH site, we have a confocal and 2 spinning disk confocals equipped with environmental chambers, making them ideal for live cell imaging. In addition, there is another confocal which can be used for fixed cells and tissues, a microdissection system, and two image analysis stations, with analysis software for routine image processing analysis as well as co-localization, 3D visualization and quantification and deconvolution..

Note: this site required special card access. Access will be granted only after security approval and microscope training has been completed.
