| This inverted motorized microscope is ideal for live-cell imaging applications. Multi-channel, time lapse, and Z-stacks can be simultaneously programmed using Metamorph software. The AxioObserver has an excellent selection of high-quality objective lenses that can be used for both transmitted and fluorescence images. Motorized filters and shutters enable rapid switching between fluorophores during image acquisition. The Roper Scientific CoolSnap HQ CCD camera is a sensitive camera which allows you to capture weak fluorescence signals. An objective heater and stage top incubator with CO2 for live cell imaging is available upon request. |  |
