Axiovert Training II: Advanced Fluorescence Acquisition

Pre-requisite:Axiovert Training I: Introduction to the Axiovert 200M

Having a fully motorized inverted microscope drastically increases experimental flexibility. Users can automate any combination of multiple fluorescent channels, time series, z-stacks or stage positions. Although this flexibility is indispensable, adding multiple dimensions to the image acquisition process can become somewhat overwhelming. In this training session, users will be taught how to setup, navigate, acquire and manage these multiple combinations or "sets". Topics covered include:
