Axiovert
| This fully automated inverted deconvolution microscope is ideal for demanding live-cell imaging applications. Multi-channel, time lapse, Z-stack and stage positioning can be simultaneously programmed using Image Pro-Plus. The Axiovert has an excellent selection of high-quality objective lenses that can be used for both transmitted and fluorescence images. Motorized filter blocks and shutters enable rapid switching between fluorophores. The Roper Scientific CoolSnap HQ CCD camera is sensitive enough to capture weak fluorescence signals, while the Coolsnap CF colour CCD camera is meant for transmission imaging of stained specimens (i.e., H&E). Objective and stage heaters are available upon request. |  |
