Amongst the AOMF sites, we have various instruments available for in vivo and intravital imaging. For in vivo imaging, we have two IVIS Spectrum systems with bioluminescence and fluorescence capabilities includng spectral unmixing and 3D tomography. The Maestro can also be used for fluorescence imaging and has spectral unmixing as well. Then there is also a stereomicroscope for fluorescence macro imaging. For intravital imaging, we have a Leica endoscopic confocal, but most people tend to use our two-photon confocal to image window chamber models.
