How to get started at the AOMF

This training session is a complete hands-on introduction to the fluorescence stereomicroscope. Users will be taught how to capitalize on the advantages of stereomicroscopy and also shown a few optical techniques not commonly demonstrated. The three light paths, including fluorescence, will be discussed. Finally, significant time will be dedicated to running the image acquisition software and CCD colour camera. Topics covered in the course include:
