AOMF Live Cell Imaging

For fluorescence imaging of live cells (and other small biological specimens), we recommend our confocal and two-photon systems for high resolution images. We also have an objective and stagetop heater availble for these instruments. The AxioObserver and Leica Stereomicrosope can also be used for fluorescence, but they may give blurry images for thicker samples. There is a stagetop heater plus CO2 controlled chamber available for the Axiovert. For bioluminescence imaging of live cells and animals such as rats and mice, we a Xenogen (IVIS) system.
