Laser Microdissection

CBTC hosts a Laser Capture Microdissection system (MMI CellCut) provided by Quorum Technologies. It is suitable for single cell or large area captures of paraffin or cryosections. It provides contamination-free microdissection, high-precision laser cutting (<1um/40x), outstanding image quality with clear evaluation of captured sections and it is easy to operate with high-level of automation including autodocumentation.
