How to get started at the AOMF

This hands-on training session will teach the user how to aquire a series of images of a specimen and then stitch these images together to create an overall image of the specimen.

1. Setting up the microscope
2. Acquistion settings
3. Single image acquisition
4. Multi image acquisition (tiling)
a. Setting up scan area
b. Navigation
c. Stitching together tile images in Image Pro PLUS
6. Shutdown
