Comprehensive Course on Fluorescence Microscopy


Upright Fluorescence Microscope

This microscope is ideal for both brightfield and fluorescence imaging of fixed cells and tissues. It is equipped with an automated stage and focus, allowing for multi-channel, multi-Z plane, and multi-XY acquisitions. In addition, it has high NA oil immersion lenses providing high resolution images. This sytem may also be used for techniques such as deconvolution.
